The code of ethics indicates the company guidelines and, among others, defines the following objectives:

Law 231/2001 – General
Lasi’s decision to adopt an organizational and management model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 is part of the company’s broader policy aimed at directing the Recipients of the Model to a transparent and correct management, inspired by compliance with current legal regulations and the fundamental principles of business ethics in pursuing the corporate purpose.

Corporate Social Responsibility
Today, corporate social responsibility is a national and international priority. However, Lasi has long argued that a company’s reputation depends not only on its economic and financial results but also on how its activities are managed.
The Legality Rating is a merit instrument which enables businesses holding it to gain reputational benefits in terms of access to credit from banks and financing from Public Administrations.
Lasi considers this to be an important tool for promoting ethically sustainable and socially responsible development.

In compliance with this code, Lasi agrees to respect the deadlines and methods of payment stipulated with its suppliers and to pay in a timely and transparent manner.
